Powder Silver (5 grams) - Giusto Manetti
This is Powder Silver (5 grams) — metal powder for gilding effects, bronzing, and metallic finishes. Powder gives a soft metallic sheen where leaf would be too much and paint too flat.
Mix into size, varnish, or wax medium and apply with a brush or pad. Test the mix ratio on scrap first — a little powder goes a long way toward full coverage.
Use it for oil gilding with slow or quick size-style finishing on picture frames, mirrors, and furniture.
Keep powders sealed and dry; fine metal dust and open flame don't mix. Wear a dust mask when handling loose powder.
