Mack Black Plague Scroll Brush Size 1

Mack Black Plague Scroll Brush Size 1

Size 1 gives the Black Plague scroll series its voice: bolder stems, stronger sweeps, and scroll bodies with presence. The black chrome ferrule still gleams, the taklon still snaps, and the full synthetic filament mixture still meters paint evenly - just with more of everything. Mack's Lazer Line scroll brush, turned up a notch.

A fuller bundle means the size 1 holds more paint for longer pulls, while the synthetic mixture keeps edges crisp instead of soft at wider line weights. It tracks broad curves with a planted, confident feel and still tightens into turns without splaying. That combination is why the 1 earns its place between the everyday 0 and the bold 2.

Reach for the 1 when the design needs weight - outer scrolls, panel borders, and flowing stems. Because it carries more paint, rinse it thoroughly; a clean heel is what keeps big taklon honest. Letterhead Sign Supply stocks the Black Plague size 1 with the complete six-size range.
