We accept returns on unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns

Sale items and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned

Digital products (software, clip art, downloads) are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method.
