Gilders Shadow Kaolin Gold Leaf Resist Gilders Shadow Kaolin 4 oz by volume Jar.  Comes with application pad. Fine White Clay like powder. Also known as a Resist, it resists the gold from sticking to where you don't want it to.  Use when oil gilding on any surface.  Also helpful in seeing where you have and have not applied the gold size.  This is an inert product and will not contaminate gold size or modify its behavior.  Used in Hand Laying gold leaf, to prevent the Gold from attaching where it shouldn't.
