Mack Wizard Vortex Scroll Brush Size 0

The Wizard Vortex in size 0 pairs blue squirrel hair with a grey handle in a scroll brush Steve Chaszeyka calls the finest available for the style. After 30 years of scrolling, his verdict was simple: beautiful controlled lines that respond exactly to your movements, without hesitation, splitting, or fraying in the turns. The size 0 is where most Vortex work begins.

Blue squirrel is the soul of this brush - soft, responsive, and hungry for paint - while the grey handle keeps the look as understated as the performance is refined. The size 0 holds its line through full patterns and gives back more response than scroll brushes costing far more, which is why Chaszeyka recommends the Vortex to beginners and seasoned veterans alike. It forgives learning curves and rewards mastery in the same pull.

Use the size 0 for scroll stems and flowing connectors, letting the squirrel do the steering with light pressure. Rinse gently in spirits - squirrel deserves a soft touch - and reshape the point before drying. Letterhead Sign Supply stocks the Wizard Vortex in sizes 0, 1, and 2.
