Mack Quinn-Mack Brown Quill Size 1

The Mack Quinn-Mack Brown Quill Size 1 carries 1 1/4 inch of brown quill hair on Paul Quinn's extended lettering design.

This is the quill for curley q's, stripes, and letters of all types — the plain lacquered handle keeps the brush light in the hand for long striping sessions.

Size 1 steps up from the Size 0 with a touch more reach, ideal for scrollwork that needs both tight turns and flowing lines.

Rinse the Size 1 during breaks so the hair never dries loaded, and reshape the point before storing.
