This is not an order confirmation or acceptance from us. There is a minimum order value, which may change from time to time. You can cancel or amend your order at any time by calling the LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Contact Center at 1-800-531-3359. Due to shipment and delivery times, there are limitations on when changes or cancellations to orders can be made.
LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY may provide you with a refund in certain circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Contact Center at 1-800-531-3359.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must:
• Contact the LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Contact Center within seven (7) days of date on which you received your order;
• Store the received items in the manner appropriate to the type of goods (e.g. don't open them); and
• Return the cancelled items to us in the same condition as they were delivered to you.
LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY will not provide you a refund for certain goods which by nature cannot be returned. Such items include items which cannot be resold (open products).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, all refunds will be subject to LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY discretion.
B. LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods within the delivery window you selected when placing your order, but do not guarantee that goods will be delivered on or by a certain date. LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY will not be liable for delivering the goods outside of the requested delivery slot or failing to deliver all or any of the goods in your order.
We can only deliver to an address stored in your address book in your account on the LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Site.
Once your order is handed over to the Delivery company of your choosing, LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY no longer has control of the package and its delivery or delays.
C. LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY web GIFT CERTIFICATE
GIFT
CERTIFICATES are valid only on shopping orders placed on the LETTERHEAD
SIGN SUPPLY web site, subject to the terms of this section. Your use
of an GIFT CERTIFICATE indicates your agreement to be bound by these
GIFT CERTIFICATE terms and any GIFT CERTIFICATE terms on the GIFT
CERTIFICATE itself (collectively, the "GIFT CERTIFICATE Terms").
LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY will only honor an GIFT CERTIFICATE if it is used
in accordance with the GIFT CERTIFICATE Terms.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
that have not been issued by LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY cannot be used on
the LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Grocery Site and GIFT CERTIFICATES cannot be
used in LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY physical stores. GIFT CERTIFICATES that
have been issued by LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY are, and shall remain, the
property of LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY and are not transferable, cannot be
resold, and have no cash alternative unless otherwise stated.
GIFT
CERTIFICATES can be added to your LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Grocery
account by entering the code at checkout or in the Promotions-GIFT
CERTIFICATES section in your LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Grocery account. To
apply an GIFT CERTIFICATE to your order you must select it in the
promotions section at checkout. Use of an GIFT CERTIFICATE may be
subject to you providing proof of entitlement to use the GIFT
CERTIFICATE.
All GIFT CERTIFICATES have an expiration date.
After the expiration date, the GIFT CERTIFICATE will be removed from
your LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY Grocery account.
GIFT CERTIFICATE value(s) may be adjusted if the total discount value is greater than the value of your order.
LETTERHEAD
SIGN SUPPLY reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any of its GIFT
CERTIFICATES at any time, either as a whole, or for specific goods or
delivery areas. If this happens, then the GIFT CERTIFICATES may not be
used for any orders placed after the date of withdrawal or
cancellation. LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY reserves the right to reject or
cancel the use of an GIFT CERTIFICATE where fraud or illegal misuse is
suspected. You will have no claim against LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY in
respect of such rejection or cancellation of an GIFT CERTIFICATE.
LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY shall not be liable to any customer or household
for any financial loss arising out of the cancellation or withdrawal of
any GIFT CERTIFICATE or any failure or inability of a customer to use an
GIFT CERTIFICATE for any reason.
No GIFT CERTIFICATE may be
copied, reproduced, published, or distributed directly or indirectly in
any form for use by anyone other than the original recipient.
By using an GIFT CERTIFICATE, you warrant that you are the duly authorized recipient of it.
3. EXPORT POLICY
Due to changes in International Customs/Import laws, we are limited to what we are able to ship outside the United States.
We CANNOT ship NATURAL HAIR PAINT BRUSHES, ABALONE, MOTHER OF PEARL, PAINTS, OR CHEMICALS. We CAN ship Synthetic hair paint brushes, water-based sizes, and non-chemical products. If you place an order including any of the CANNOT ship products, those products will be refunded, and we will process any items that we can ship.

known or hereafter developed. Letterhead Sign Supply may sublicense its
rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses. You should not submit

Content in confidence; (2) to pay any compensation for any Content; or
(3) to respond to any user Content. You grant Letterhead Sign Supply

individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender,

writing; or
l) Content that violates any policy posted on the

Although Letterhead Sign
Supply cannot monitor all Content, you understand that Letterhead Sign
Supply shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the

this Agreement and any other operating rules that may be established by
Letterhead Sign Supply from time to time. Letterhead Sign Supply shall
have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, move, delete, or

Sign Supply Sites for any reason, including violation of this Agreement,
whether for legal or other reasons. Notwithstanding this right of
ours, you are solely responsible for any Content you submit and you
agree to indemnify Letterhead Sign Supply and its affiliates for all
claims resulting from any Content you submit.

on Letterhead Sign Supply Sites to any names, marks, products, or
services of third parties, or links to third-party sites or information
are not an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the third
party, its information, products, or services. Letterhead Sign Supply
is not responsible for the content of any third party linked site or any
link contained in a linked site. Your use of a third-party site linked
from a Letterhead Sign Supply Site is at your own risk and will be
governed by such third party's terms and policies.
7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND BILLING
All
billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing
any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of this
Agreement and may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an
order we may also request additional information from you. We reserve
the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including
limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or
errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our
credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after
your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will
issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account)
in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion
of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to
accept your order. Letterhead Sign Supply may request a
preauthorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit
card. This pre-authorization will not be billed to you; however, your
card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. Your card issuer
determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held. We do this
to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have
sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
By confirming your
purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay
for the item(s). You will not be charged for most orders until the
order has shipped. Some other exceptions when you will be charged at
the time your order is placed are: (i) orders or preorders paid for with

containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even
after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from

either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you

We ship to APO / FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of these factors:

When shipping to an APO / FPO address, delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks

C. Fees and Renewal

From time to time, we may offer different membership terms and the fees
for such memberships may vary. The LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY web membership
fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
Sales, excise or other similar taxes may apply to the
LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY web membership fee.
Only credit cards and
debit cards with the Visa® or Mastercard® logo, or the American Express
card® can be used to pay for your LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY web membership.
If
all credit or debit cards we have on file for you are declined for
payment of your membership fee, you have 30 days to provide us a new
card and are successfully charged within 30 days. Your new membership
period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of
the successful charge.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT
YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT

YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE
LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING
ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
D. Agreement Changes
We
may at our discretion change these LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY web membership
Terms, or any aspect of LETTERHEAD SIGN SUPPLY web membership that is not
material, without notice to you. You will be provided with notice of any
material changes to the Terms and you will be given the opportunity to
cancel your membership prior to the time any material changes are
effective with respect to your membership. If any change to these Terms
is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is
severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining changes or conditions.
YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER
WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
E. Termination by Us
We

discretion without notice. Termination related to conduct that we

or is harmful to our interests or another user.

may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access

discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this
Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or

as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under this
Agreement or otherwise. The following sections shall survive any
